Membership Summary
 
1. Membership Commitment
 
By joining, you agree to a minimum 12 month membership.
Payments are made monthly in advance.
Membership automatically continues after 12 months on a rolling basis unless cancelled with at
least 30 days’ notice.
 
2. What’s Included
 
Your membership gives you access to:
• Priority access to GP appointments
• Health checks and investigations (see eligibility rules)
• Discounts on certain additional services
 
3. Eligibility for Benefits
 
Some benefits are only available after a set number of payments:
• Annual Blood Tests → available after 6 monthly payments
• Free ECG & Spirometry → available after 3 monthly payments
If you cancel before reaching these milestones, you will not be entitled to these services.
 
4. Payments
 
• Monthly payments must be made by direct debit, standing order, or another agreed method.
• If you miss a payment, your membership benefits may be paused until payment is received.
 
5. Cancelling Your Membership
 
• You cannot cancel within the first 12 months.
• After 12 months, you can cancel at any time by giving 30 days’ notice in writing.
• If you cancel early, you are still responsible for payments until the end of your 12 month contract.
 
6. Important Notes
 
• Membership does not replace NHS services or emergency care – call 999 in an emergency.
• Clinical decisions (including suitability for tests and treatments) remain at the discretion of the GP.
• Membership benefits, services, and fees may change – you will be notified in advance.
